Vermont's Outdoor Workforce

Vermont's outdoor industry employs more than 16,000 people and contributes over $2 billion to the state economy -- yet businesses across the sector struggle to find skilled workers. Three Peaks Media partnered with the Vermont Outdoor Business Alliance to address that gap, producing a series of documentary-style vignettes spotlighting individuals thriving in outdoor careers across the state. The goal: show the next generation of workers that Vermont offers not just a job, but a life worth living.
